Conclusion of Non Khun School Water Project – Thailand

Non Khun School Water Project – Thailand This project has been completed under the technical direction of Peace Corps Volunteer Sarah Brooks. To read about the beginning of this project, CLICK HERE.

Sarah reports:

The project was completed in a timely fashion, and students, teachers, and community members, have been enjoying the clean water that they now have access to.

Students are now drinking the clean water with their lunch, instead of buying sugary drinks or bringing their own unclean water from home.

The pictures amply show what was accomplished in this important project. To kick off the project, the local workers and teachers planned where to install the water supply pipe.

Upon installation and testing of the filters, Sarah and teacher Thichaya Wongyai expressed their delight, and the gratitude of the school and community. We again wish to thank The Soneva SLOW LIFE Trust for providing the funding for the project.
